The film is directed by independent legislator S Govorusin of the Russian State Duma. A very typical plot from the post Soviet era. A group of homeless people lured an innocent teenage girl to their apartment, gave her a drink, threatened her, and then gang raped her. The local police were unable to take sufficient action against the hooligans, and the superior director of the local police (militia), who was the father of one of the hooligans, prevented them. The case has been closed. The girl's grandfather was tired of endless twists and turns and decided to take revenge on himself.
